AnnMarie “Ania” Bauer, Production Manager and Chef, is a recent graduate and certified in The Culinary Arts Program of Wake Tech Community College. She holds a degree in Restaurant Management and was graduated with top honors in her class. With a background in planning, organizing and catering large group parties for at least 5 years and professionally assisted in the kitchen of various banquet facilities as well as successfully completing an internship at the Bentwinds Golf and Country Club of Fuquay-Varina, NC.
She also holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and has held various administration and sales positions in the Pharmaceutical and Banking Industry.
