Fifth grader, Daniel J. Adkins, II, pictured here with Holly Springs Mayor, Dick Sears, won the school-wide spelling bee for Holly Ridge Elementary on Dec. 11. Daniel will now go to the next level to compete and represent Holly Ridge for Wake County Public Schools.
