Berrier receives law degree from Wake Forest University

Andrew Lee Berrier, of Holly Springs has received a Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law.

Berrier, of Holly Springs, N.C., was one of 165 graduates of Wake Forest University School of Law who were hooded during a ceremony in Wait Chapel on Sunday, May 20. The hooded students were conferred Monday, May 21, during the Wake Forest University graduation ceremonies held on Hearn Plaza. Candidates for and holders of master’s and doctoral degrees wear hoods over their graduation robes. The hood identifies the level of the degree, the field of learning and the institution that awards it.

The Wake Forest University School of Law offers seven degree programs: the JD, the JD/MDiv, the JD/MA in Religion, JD/MA in Bioethics, the Master of Legal Studies, the Master of Laws in American Law and the JD/MBA in conjunction with the university’s Schools of Business.
