Heather Michelle Jongebloed and Carter Joseph Farthing
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Enoch of Vail, Arizona, announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Michelle Jongebloed to Carter Joseph Farthing, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hal Farthing of Fuquay-Varina. Miss Jongebloed is the daughter of the late Kevin Jongebloed. A September 29, 2012 wedding is planned at The Ocean Club in Indian Beach.
