It’s now easier than ever to register for ANY program offered by the Town of Fuquay-Varina Parks & Recreation Department which offers a full range of recreational programming in fitness, wellness, arts, dance, crafts, special interests, and youth sports as well as activities for preschoolers, teens, and senior citizens.

With the kick-off of the new youth sports program on Sept. 10, the Town implemented a state-of-the-art software program that allows citizens to view all available programming and register online. Get started at www.fvparks.org and look for Online Account Access. One adult member of a family will need to request a login name and password. When an account is assigned (usually within minutes) you can log-in, manage your account, search for activities, then register for them! Customers can also pay for registration by credit card.

Visit www.fvparks.org and check out all the exciting, reasonably priced programs (many are free!) taught by knowledgeable instructors. Boys and girls, ages 4-18, resident and non-residents are invited to play in the inaugural season of basketball and dance troupe at the Community Center and Council Gym. It’s an inexpensive, fun filled experience that’s right here at home! Registration for youth sports is ongoing through October 13 with registration for other classes and activities based on the offering.
