Tracey Lee Foster, 44, of Holly Springs was arrested March 26 on a simple physical assault charge.

Richard Alan West, 47, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested March 28 on a failure to appear charge.

Christopher Freeman Page, 25, of Holly Springs was arrested March 30 on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

Frankie Scott McClain, 29, of Holly Springs was arrested March 30 on a failure to appear charge.

Theft

Larceny of a firearm and property damage were reported March 25 off Smithwood St. A gun was taken from a case and a door jamb was damaged. The case is inactive.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported March 25 off Lawrence St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Failure to appear, larceny and possessing stolen property were reported March 26 off Lowman Cir. The case is under further investigation.

Credit card fraud by using another person’s card to purchase items on the internet without permission was reported March 29 off Timber Meadow Lake Dr. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a trailer hitch from a motor vehicle was reported March 30 off Spring Ave. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Identity theft involving credit/debit cards was reported March 31 off Coley Farm Rd. when several accounts were opened with another person’s information. The case is under further investigation.

Misdemeanor larceny and obtaining property by false pretense when another person’s debit card was taken and used to obtain items or cash was reported March 31 off Pine St. The case is under further investigation.
