After discovering, and after Fair admitted to transmitting inappropriate photographs of himself to a high school student at West Johnston High School, where Fair had been assigned, Sheriff Bizzell took immediate action.
Following Fair’s termination, Sheriff Bizzell submitted the matter to the Office of the District Attorney for investigation and a determination as to whether criminal charges will be brought by the District Attorney.
