Open Sky Group (Open Sky – www.openskygroup.com), an independent consulting company specializing in engineering consulting and supply chain software implementation, recognized several company milestones with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Fuquay-Varina. Open Sky hosted a luncheon at its new offices following the event for Chamber of Commerce officials and members, as well as employees and other key business partners.
The Mayor Pro Tem for Fuquay-Varina, Charlie Adcock, attended and helped kick off the ceremony along with Tommy Broadwell, Executive Director of the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce. “Open Sky is part of the expansion of Fuquay-Varina and we’re excited to have them as part of our community,” said Mr. Broadwell. “We appreciate that Open Sky always begins its hiring searches locally and invests in relocating employees and their families who would like to move to the area.”
Open Sky employees enjoy flexible work environments, including remote, client site and the new main offices, which provide a home base for team and client meetings. Curt Sardeson, Managing Principal, for Open Sky, said, “We selected this location for our new offices because of the growth and economic stability of the area. Being part of a community is one of Open Sky’s cultural tenets and we’re looking forward to growing with Fuquay-Varina.”
A rebranding effort for Open Sky, including a new logo and website, will launch over the next several months and is designed to capture the focus of the company, whose service offerings are rooted in engineering consulting and supply chain software implementations (Warehouse, Labor and Transportation Management Systems).
