Bobby Elkins of Fonville Morisey Realty-Main Street Associates is pleased to announce that Richard Watkins has become the manager of the Commercial and Land Brokerage division of Fonville Morisey Realty – Main Street Associates. Richard has over 25 years of “hands on” experience creating residential subdivisions from the land assembly, planning, design, and installation of infrastructure to the home construction, sales and marketing of the neighborhoods.
He is also experienced in developing and managing commercial properties including all design and infrastructure installations. His experience as a residential and commercial developer, designer, builder, manager and broker enables him to offer his customers expert knowledge in all areas and thus provide a distinct negotiating advantage in residential, land and commercial real estate brokerage.
Richard is the owner of Watkins Realty, Inc., Watkins Building, Inc., and is a licensed professional land surveyor. He is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.
