On Wednesday, April 25, there was great cause for celebration at Windsor Point. Eloise Warfield, a resident of Windsor Point, celebrated her 100th birthday.
Before dinner, the auditorium was filled with friends to honor Eloise on her special day. Philip Sebastian was honored to play the piano and lead a sing-a-long for Eloise. The songs were selected by Eloise to commemorate fond memories of seasons of her life.
Eloise sat beside the piano singing the familiar favorites as Philip led the group. In honor of her birthday Philip serenaded Eloise with a solo of “Some Enchanted Evening”. To wrap things up the group sang “Happy Birthday”, but not before they sang the song that was penned by Eloise in 2002, the “Windsor Point Rally Song”.
Sheena Barbour, marketing representative at Windsor Point, said, “Eloise Warfield is a very wonderful woman that we all love and cherish at Windsor Point. We wish to congratulate her on all of her wonderful achievements and wish her many more. Happy 100th Birthday, Eloise!”
