Stephanie Soule became a licensed real estate broker in 2006 and has remained active in the real estate business since that time. She has experience in residential listing and sales as well as commercial and land. Stephanie and her husband and daughters reside in Angier and are part of the local community. She is familiar with Harnett, Wake and Johnston counties in which she works.

Sue Soule has been actively brokering commercial and land properties throughout Wake, Harnett and Johnston counties since 1987. Her knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate business is so valuable to clients who need guidance in either selling their property or who wish to buy specific properties for their business for development.
