On most any third Friday night of the month, you can find members of the Fuquay Cruisers Car Club hanging out and displaying their classic cars in the parking lot at Krispy Kreme Donuts in Fuquay Varina. Due to the hospitality of Krispy Kreme Manager Ron Driver, the car club enjoys sharing their “old” cars with people who stop by for donuts and coffee.
Krispy Kreme just celebrated its 75th anniversary, and grew up with many of the cars on display. It’s like enjoying “days of the past.” Members of the public can join car club when they see the “Hot” sign at Krispy Kreme and the Fuquay Cruisers hanging out in the parking lot.
