Town engineer graduates municipal administration course Tracy Stephenson, town engineer with the Town of Fuquay-Varina, has successfully graduated from the 2012-2013 Municipal Administration Course of the School of Government, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stephenson was one of 98 officials who graduated the course this year and is one of more than 2,900 officials who have completed the course since it began in 1954.
