Firefighters Clay Creech and Ethan Sorrell joined the Fuquay-Varina Firefighter family in July. Pictured from left to right at the formal pinning ceremony are Fuquay-Varina Fire Chief Tony Mauldin, new recruits Clay Creech and Ethan Sorrell, and Assistant Fire Chief Jim Jones. Mr. Creech previously served at the Selma Fire Department. Mr. Sorrell is originally from Fuquay-Varina and has worked at the Buies Creek Fire Department. The town is proud to have them as part of the family as they continue their growth in the fire service.
