Bethlehem A.M.E. Zion Church family enjoyed a glorious day on Sunday and wishes to thank all former members and friends who joined them in the observance of the Church 128th Annual Homecoming celebration.

The musicians for the Sunday morning worship service were Mr. & Mrs. Ervin Monroe of Bunnlevel.

The Bethlehem A.M.E. Zion church Humanitarian Award is presented annually by the Bethlehem Pastor to a group or individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty in the capacity of a servant to the Bethlehem Church. This person enriches the lives of others or society as a whole, through personal self-sacrifice and altruistic service by “hands on, monetary gifts, charitable volunteer work and other acts as a Servant”. It was announced by the pastor that Mr. Clifton Matthews is the recipient of this award for the 2011-2012 year.

Pastor and members of Bethlehem A.M.E. Zion church are grateful and appreciative to all the professionals and business firms who supported our Annual AD Book and have patronized us through the years. We say ‘Thank You’.

Warm Christian Fellowship with a delicious meal was enjoyed by everyone after the service in the dining area.

There will be a yard sale on Saturday, August 11 at 4232 R.L. McKoy Lane in Chalybeate Springs from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Household items, furniture and kitchen cookware such as pots pans dishes, etc. will be available.
