Arrests

Catherine Marie Ringley, 24, of Willow Spring was arrested July 29 on a driving while impaired charge.

Justin Lamar McNeil, 22, of Holly Springs was arrested July 29 on a failure to appear charge.

David Kenneth Davidson, 44, of Fuquay Varina was arrested July 29 on an assault on a female charge.

An arrest was made in an alleged larceny reported July 31 off E. Broad St.

Jovonia Nandi Rivera, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested July 31 on assault on a government employee; resisting, delaying or obstructing; and disorderly conduct charges.

John Julius Hyatt, 25, of Willow Spring was arrested Aug. 2 on a driving while impaired charge.

Theft

Larceny was reported July 29 off NC 55. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny, removal of an anti-theft device, and obtaining property by false pretense were reported July 29 off E. Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Obtaining property by false pretense was reported July 31 off Dickens Rd. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of construction equipment from a site off Virginia Pine Ln. was reported Aug. 1. The case is under further investigation.

Burglary was reported Aug. 2 off E. Vance St. when a brick was thrown through window. Alcoholic beverages were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Attempted larceny of a motor vehicle was reported Aug. 2 at First Baptist Church off N. West St. The case is under further investigation.

Other crimes

Property damage to vehicles was reported July 30 off E. Academy St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
