Florian and Judy Howaniec, married September 1, 1962 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Chicago, IL, celebrate their 50th anniversary this week. They now reside in Fuquay-Varina. They have two children, Janet Casteen of Raleigh and Jim Howaniec of New Hampshire and three grandchildren, Lauren, Christopher and Luke.
They will be honored at Mass surrounded by friends and family at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, September 1, at 5 p.m.
