Arrests

An arrest was made in a Sept. 15 incident reported off Broad St. allegedly involving possession of a controlled substance.

An arrest was made in a Sept. 15 incident reported off N. Main St. allegedly involving possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Christopher Lamonte Alston, 37, of Raleigh was arrested Sept. 16 on driving while impaired, child abuse and possession of a controlled substance on jail premises charges.

Anthony Michael Molesworth, 25, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 18 on a fugitive from justice charge.

Gregory Lynn Moody, 42, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 18 on breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and damage to real property charges.

Nicole Leigh Honeycutt, 29, of Holly Springs was arrested Sept. 18 on resisting, delaying or obstructing; driving while a license was revoked; and failure to appear charges.

A minor was arrested Sept. 18 on a misdemeanor larceny charge.

Theft

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Sept. 14 off N. Main St. when a metal fence was cut and a riding lawn mower was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Burglary by non-forced entry was reported Sept. 15 off E. Quailwood Dr. when a back door was opened and a gun was stolen The case is under further investigation.

Larceny was reported Sept. 15 off N. Main St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny and second-degree trespassing were reported Sept. 15 off E. Broad St. The case is inactive.

Larceny of a laptop was reported Sept. 16 off N. West St. The case is inactive.

Shoplifting was reported Sept. 16 at Walmart off E. Broad St. The case is inactive.

Larceny of credit or debit cards from a wallet was reported Sept. 17 off Antler Meadow Way. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering of a residence was reported Sept. 18 off N. Main St. A weed eater was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Property damage was reported Sept. 14 off Hillside Ct. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage to a vehicle door was reported Sept. 14 off Broad St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering and property damage were reported Sept. 15 off Steelhorse Dr. The case is under further investigation.

Property damage to a vehicle window was reported Sept. 15 in the Flemming Fields parking area. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering and property damage to a sliding glass door were reported Sept. 16 off Whitetail Creek Way. The case is inactive.
