Arrests

Gary Douglas Kuhlmann, 29, of Willow Spring was arrested Nov. 21 on assault on a female, carrying a concealed weapon and drunk and disruptive charges.

Victor Vargas, 43, of Durham was arrested Nov. 21 on second degree burglary, felonious larceny and resisting, obstructing and delaying charges.

Alanda Lee Richardson, 39, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 22 on assault on a female and resisting or obstructing a public officer charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Nov. 22 at Walmart off East Broad Street, allegedly involving larceny, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Harold Quackenbush, 52, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 23 on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Kathrine Dennise Johnson, 21, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 24 on resisting arrest and intoxicated and disruptive charges.

Tara Marie Bitar, 23, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 24 on a failure to appear charge.

An arrest was made in an incident allegedly involving shoplifting reported Nov. 24 at Kohls off Lakestone Commons Lane.

Rayshone McNeill, 26, of Willow Spring was arrested Nov. 24 on a possession with the intent to sell or deliver cocaine charge.

Theft

Two incidents of larceny and property damage were reported Nov. 19 off Kinglass Drive. The cases were closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported Nov. 19 off Washington Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Fraud was reported Nov. 19 off Fayetteville Road. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a backpack blower from a vehicle was reported Nov. 19 off South Woodrow Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a deposit bag was reported Nov. 19 off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported Nov. 20 off Hillcrest. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Nov. 21 off Johnson Pond Road. The case is under further investigation.

Burglary and assault were reported Nov. 21 off South West Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering into a residence was reported Nov. 22 off Washington Street. The case is under further investigation.
