Beyond the book: African American literature

Join Readers Services Librarians from Wake County Public Libraries each month for a critical discussion of popular books. Titles vary from location to location.

Registration is requested and the programs are free of charge to adult library members. The hour-long book discussions for February are titles featuring African American authors and/or related themes.

February’s discussions include the following:

  • Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. - East Regional Library
