Stick Boy Bread Company celebrated five years of business in Fuquay-Varina on Jan. 31. The business had free coffee and cookies all day for customers along with free cupcakes at 11 a.m.
Originally started in Boone by Carson and Mindy Coatney, Josh and Katie Dies expanded the business to Fuquay-Varina in 2008 after a year of training and baking test batches in their own home oven.
