Tyrone Lyons Jr., 23, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 8 on a second degree trespassing charge.

David Mateo, 27, of Apex was arrested Feb. 9 on driving while impaired and failure to appear charges.

Rodriguez Antonio Battle, 34, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 10 on a probation violation charge.

Christopher Todd Tomeno, 40, of Raleigh was arrested Feb. 11 on a contempt of court charge.

Trashon Alterrek Rhem, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 11 on larceny and resisting, delaying or obstructing charges.

Lee Dwight Johnson, 48, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 11 on a probation violation charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 12 at Kohl’s off Lakestone Commons Avenue, allegedly involving larceny.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 13 at the North Main Street and North Ennis Street intersection, allegedly involving improper passing and possessing or concealing weapons.

Daniel Shane Young, 29, of Willow Spring was arrested Feb. 13 on driving while impaired, speeding and driving while a license was revoked charges.

Identity theft was reported Feb. 8 off Hillside Court. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a wallet was reported Feb. 9 off North Main Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny and breaking and entering were reported Feb. 10 at Radio Shack off East Broad Street. The case is under further investigation.

Assault, property damage and larceny were reported Feb. 10 off Baytree Street. The case is inactive.

Embezzlement was reported Feb. 11 at Walmart off East Broad Street. The case is inactive.
