Arrests

Russell Page Walker, 41, of Apex, was charged with larceny from Wal-Mart on July 23.

On July 24, police charged James Junior Judd, 50, of Fuquay, with possession of stolen goods and larceny.

Police were dispatched to Ravensong Circle on July 24 in reference to a suspect attempting to break into a residence. Police charged Linsey Jane Bowles, 22, of Fuquay, with simple physical assault.

Michael Ray Jackson, 30, of Fuquay, was served with a failure to appear warrant on July 26.

David Powell Muellerweiss, 24, of Chapel Hill, was charged with driving while impaired, resisting/delay/obstruction and failure to carry a driver's license on July 27.

Thefts

Police investigated the theft of several gold rings removed from a business on July 14 at a business on Fitness Drive.

A suspect broke a passenger window to gain entry into a vehicle located on North Judd Parkway on July 22. A GPS unit and radio equipment were stolen during the larceny.

On July 23, the owner of a vehicle reported that while parked on North Main Street someone broke the passenger window, entered the vehicle to remove the lug nut key and stole rims off the car. The case is under further investigation.

Also on July 23, police investigated the breaking and entering of a second vehicle that was parked on North Main Street. The driver's side window was broken and a CD player removed from the car. The case is under further investigation.

Police investigated the breaking and entering of a vehicle on Ravensong Circle on July 25. Speakers, valued at $350, were reported stolen.

A burglary was reported on July 26 at a residence on Ransom Street. A Vizio TV was reported stolen.

Police investigated the theft of $60 which was reported at a residence on Stewart Street on July 25.

A resident on East Ransom Street reported that someone entered their home through a locked door and stole a laptop computer valued at $1,500 on July 26. The case is under further investigation.

A homeowner on Occoneechee Drive reported suspects drove into their front yard and took a concrete statue, valued at $400. Damages to the landscaping were estimated at $200.
