About Michelle Roark - High-energy Olympian Michelle Roark learned to ski using her brother's hand-me-down boots while growing up in Colorado. And, although she may not look much taller than when she got started, Roark has fought back from injuries to become one of the top performers in her sport, including a World Cup title and moguls silver medal at the 2003 World Championships. A determined veteran and newly crowned U.S. Champion in the 2009 season, Michelle is, without a doubt, a great competitor. As her coaches say, when things are tough she's the one who has the heart and skill to end up on the podium. That's the goal for 2010 and, with her training and conditioning program in gear, Roark's sights are set on success.
