The holidays are almost over and it’s now time to start planning for the New Year.

The January-April 2013 Parks and Recreation Program Guide is your ticket to recreation, entertainment and developing special interests. New program courses include nature education, Spanish language lessons, cross-stitch and preschool gymnastics.

Popular senior, youth, preschool, dance, art and special interest programs will continue to be offered. Registration for Spring Youth Sports which includes t-ball, softball, baseball, soccer, volleyball and flag football will begin on Jan. 7.

Find the new program brochure at www.fvparks.org and use the Town’s new online system to register for classes from the comfort of your own home.

If you prefer, register at the Community Center located at 820 South Main St. Print copies of the new brochure are available at the Community Center, Town Hall and the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce.
