Arrests

Jerome Edward Fogg Jr., 25, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 2 on resisting or obstructing a public officer, breaking and/or entering and driving while a license was revoked charges.

Nicholas Xavier Santos, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Jan. 3 on an embezzlement charge.

Jorge Ramirez-Evaristo, 40, of Raleigh was arrested Jan. 5 on a no operator’s license charge.

An arrest was made in a Jan. 5 incident reported off Phelps, allegedly involving possession of marijuana.

Anthony Cornelius Dawkins, 39, of Raleigh was arrested Jan. 6 on a driving while impaired charge.

Theft

Breaking and entering to a residence, and breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle, were reported Jan. 2 off Old Regent Drive. A purse and more were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Jan. 2 off North Main Street. A shifter knob was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Jan. 2 off Ribbon Leaf Lane. A speaker and amplifier were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of copper lines was reported Jan. 2 off Johnson Pond Road. The case is under further investigation.

Attempted breaking and entering of a shed was reported Jan. 3 off Holland Glenn Road. The case is under further investigation.

Using a food stamp voucher to obtain funds from another person’s debit card was reported Jan. 4 off Balfour Downs Circle. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a trailer was reported Jan. 4 off Broad Street. The case is under further investigation.
