Robin Tiffany Horton, 25, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 21 on shoplifting, larceny and possessing or concealing equipment or paraphernalia charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 21 at the Judd Parkway and Bluff Creek intersection, allegedly involving possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Valente Curtis Battle, 28, of Apex was arrested Feb. 21 on possession of marijuana, driving while a license was revoked and breaking and entering to a motor vehicle charges.

Stephanie Lynn Walackas, 33, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 22 on a driving while impaired charge.

Richard Joseph Romero, 33, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 22 on an aiding or abetting driving while impaired charge.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 22 at Kohl’s off Lakestone Commons Avenue, allegedly involving shoplifting.

Derek Alan Barbara, 25, of Raleigh was arrested Feb. 24 on assault on a female and simple assault charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 23 at Cousin Couture off South Main Street, allegedly involving larceny.

Pablo Lucas Lopez, 25, of Angier was arrested Feb. 23 on driving while a license was revoked and failure to appear charges.

Derrick Humphrey, 47, of Butner was arrested Feb. 23 on driving while impaired and while a license was revoked charges.

Matthew Alexander Knox, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 24 on driving while impaired and with a provisional license charges.

Julian Marcelo Mayorga Sterling, 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 24 on possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance charges.

Joshua William Hildebrand, 19, of Holly Springs was arrested Feb. 24 on possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance charges.

An arrest was made in an incident reported Feb. 24 at Kohl’s off Lakestone Commons Avenue, allegedly involving shoplifting.

David Lee Ashworth, 25, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 24 on a felony possession of marijuana charge.

Quenten Fairley, 36, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 25 on an interfering with emergency communication charge.

Nicholas James Ellis, 34, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 26 on a misdemeanor larceny charge.

Theft

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Feb. 21 off South Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, larceny, and credit card fraud were reported Feb. 22 off Maizefield Lane. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, larceny, and first degree trespassing were reported Feb. 22 off Railroad Street. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Feb. 22 of Wade Street. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Feb. 23 off Dogwood Creek Place. The case is under further investigation.

Obtaining property by false pretense was reported Feb. 25 off North Main Street. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of an iPhone from an unattended basket was reported Feb. 25 off Broad Street. The case is inactive.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Feb. 26 off August Moon Court. The case is under further investigation.
